Nail Fungus & Wart Laser Treatment
The Nd:YAG laser is also used in medical dermatology, including for onychomycosis (fungal nail infection) and persistent warts. Diagnosis matters because nail changes and skin growths can have other causes.
Laser may be used as one part of care rather than a stand-alone answer. Dr. Saadé assesses whether Nd:YAG has a role and discusses medical treatment, combination care, session planning and the time needed to judge change.
